At Mrs B’s, we never ship 3-day-old bakes — everything is dispatched fresh, straight from the oven.

That’s why Mystery Boxes, which include pre-baked items, follow a slightly different shipping schedule. Unlike our standard baked-to-order products (dispatched the week after ordering), Mystery Boxes are sent the next working day.

Please note:
If you order a Mystery Box alongside other fresh-baked items, they’ll be shipped separately to ensure everything arrives in peak condition. As a result, an additional shipping charge will apply for the second parcel.

a) Returns Policy

As all our products are freshly made to order and perishable, we cannot accept returns unless we have sent the wrong item or there is a clear quality issue.

b) Return Conditions

If a return is agreed under exceptional circumstances, items must be returned unopened and in original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise. We do not resell returned goods – they are disposed of in line with our waste policy. Refunds are only processed after returned items have been received and inspected.
