We are a small independent artisanal bakery, and everything you order is baked fresh to order — no 3-day-old bakes here! Because of this, orders are collected and dispatched the following week:

• Orders placed by 11.59pm on a Sunday will be dispatched during the following week, via next-day delivery

• We aim to have all orders dispatched by Thursday, arriving in time for your much-needed Friday treat!

Subscription Deliveries:

Subscription boxes will be dispatched during the first week of every month  

 a) Returns Policy

As all our products are freshly made to order and perishable, we cannot accept returns unless we have sent the wrong item or there is a clear quality issue.

b) Return Conditions

If a return is agreed under exceptional circumstances, items must be returned unopened and in original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise. We do not resell returned goods – they are disposed of in line with our waste policy. Refunds are only processed after returned items have been received and inspected.
